Apologies for the site being down for most of Saturday. Seems that our webhost had some scheduled maintenance that lasted the whole day, which they apparently neglected to tell us about…
This is an oddly appropriate page, considering the circumstances.
to the guy in the comic: I don’t think you’re on the menu. if you were, then why did she save your life?
To keep him fresh.
I think the better question is does she know what she’s doing. Is she just copying his actions or does she somehow think the spoon can enhance cell phone signals like an antenna?
Someone on Discord pointed out that she seems to be mimicking him. He was doing exactly the same thing with his phone on the last page.
Adam pretty sure Waya is not a Vampire but maybe related to a were wolf or lycan term.
Long Pig is similar enough to pork, so white wine would be the most appropriate choice, though there are expert opinions in favor of fava beans and a nice Chianti.
I hope we get to see more of her family.
Off-topic post: I just checked Sailor Ranko today, and there’s a new comic, dated Sep 13 2021!
Now if we can just get Tselsebar to come back and resume Cheer… (he is still alive, right? I haven’t looked for evidence to confirm that recently)
Tselsebar showed up on CD Rudd’s discord the other day (or maybe it was The Wotch’s discord…), so yup!
when will we be seeing more in the story?
‘Kay, I think I’m missing something.
I can see “she’s waving a spoon for no obvious reason, therefore she’s delusional, unpredictable, and therefore dangerous” (esp. if the guy doesn’t know much about mental health). And I can see “I’m in an unfamiliar cabin with no phone signal and a mysterious person who hasn’t communicated effectively, therefore she’s going to kill me” (“and eat me” if he’s got enough of an anxiety issue). But I don’t see how the spoon would lead quickly into the eating.
Yes, because waving a spoon around is a dead giveaway for being a vampire you know.
You now, if she’d wanted to kill you, you’d be dead.
I can’t explain the spoon thing. I think I get it, but I can’t explain it.
